Anti-Termite Treatment

Subterranean termites are one of the most costly threats to buildings in Oman. They travel unseen through the soil, enter through hairline cracks in slabs, joints and service pipes, and feed on doors, frames, furniture, cabinets and even stored paper — often for months before any damage is visible.

Momina International builds a continuous chemical barrier between the soil and your structure. On new projects we treat the soil at every construction stage; in existing homes and buildings we inject termiticide around and beneath the structure and treat affected woodwork, eliminating active colonies and preventing new ones from entering.

Pre-construction treatment

Applied in stages as your building rises: foundation pits and trenches, backfill soil, the surface beneath the ground-floor slab and the soil along the external perimeter. We coordinate every visit with your contractor so concrete work is never delayed, and we document each stage before issuing your warranty certificate.

Post-construction treatment

For occupied villas, apartments and commercial buildings we drill along floors and wall bases at measured intervals, inject termiticide into the soil below and seal the holes neatly. Infested woodwork is treated directly, and bait stations can be installed where drilling is not suitable.

10-year warranty with an official certificate

Every anti-termite project we complete is backed by a 10-year warranty. When the work is finished you receive an official warranty certificate that records the property, the treatment carried out and the warranty period — valuable documentation for owners, consultants, contractors and future buyers or tenants.

If termite activity appears in the treated area during the warranty period, simply contact us: we will inspect the property and re-treat the affected area in line with the warranty terms.
